The last thing we want to do is suspend your account. While we do provide a service to our customers, we do expect (like our customers expect their clients,) that the client will honour their contracts and pay their due accounts on time. If you are having trouble meeting your obligations, we are happy to come to some sort of an agreement so your site remains online.

At this stage, account suspension is not automatic, and we will work with our customers to resolve any billing issues as they arise as amicably as possible.
