HostingNZ runs nightly backups of its hosting servers. This is so we can restore data in a situation where there might be a catastrophic failure of hardware or if there is a serious security breach.
We also take daily snapshots of all sites hosted on our servers, so you can request your site be restored from the previous days backup.
We encourage all our clients to manage their own data backups locally in case of accidental deletion of files or data.
