The data center are reporting some issues with their networking gear. They are working on replacing their core equipment (and doing a upstream bandwidth upgrade to boot). We are waiting to hear back from them about this and how or if the upgrade will affect HostingNZ customers.
Update: All should be operating 100% again. Please let us know if there are any issues.
